The Museum For Massurrealist Art presents Simian Coates
Simian Coates is a British born fashion / beauty / portrait photographer who learnt his skills in London. Self taught, he started his fashion career shooting for the zeitgeist zine SuperBlow (now Super Super) in 2005. This led on to commissions from i-D, POP, KCTV, Tank and Sunday Times Style magazine amongst others. His work has also been exhibited in the Kemistry Gallery, London EC2 and published in books: “Club Kids - from Speakeasies to Boombox and Beyond", "100 New Fashion Designers" and "British Fashion Designers" (Hywel Davies).
